1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or personalized products cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used beauty products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@jrdbeauty.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
